Long before Brackish Builders existed, Courtney learned the trade alongside his father, working on job sites from the age of fourteen. Those early years taught him something that still defines the company today.

After earning a degree in Civil Engineering, Courtney spent years building alongside craftsmen, leading successful construction businesses, and refining the philosophy that would eventually become Brackish.
